This course provides an overview of the causes and consequences of burnout in the workplace and offers practical, evidence-based strategies for  strengthening resilience at the individual and organizational level. Through lectures, interactive discussions, and experiential activities, participants will gain a deeper understanding of burnout and leave with actionable tools to build resilience and foster healthier, more effective, and more sustainable workplaces.
