Julie Rochester

Director of Education

Julie Rochester is the Director of Educational Programs of the Employee Assistance Professionals
Association (EAPA). She is a seasoned non-profit professional with over 25 years’ experience. Her areas of expertise are in the areas program management and training/professional development. Julie holds a BA from the University of Virginia. Outside of work, Julie lives in Arlington, Virginia with her husband, son, and various furry family members.
