Charles is President of BackBone, Inc., a marketing, PR and  business development firm that specializes in workforce technology and wellness. Charles has years of experience supporting some of the most dynamic, forward-thinking EAP organizations in the world. He has provided
public relations support to EAPA since 2020 and is the host/producer of the EAPA podcast. Charles also hosts and co-hosts the Workspan, Staffing in Sync  and Piece of Work podcasts, in addition to writing the NSFW column for WorldatWork publications.  Full disclosure: he lives in South Florida (by  way of NY), but thanks to his intense focus on his clients, family and tennis game, has no answers or insights to offer about the many bizarre Florida stories that you often read about.
