Spiritual Wellness at Work: The Missing Link in Employee Assistance

What is Presented?

This session introduces EAP professionals to the often-overlooked but vital dimension of spiritual wellness in the workplace. Grounded in inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive frameworks, the session will explore how spiritual wellness—distinct from religious affiliation—can help foster greater resilience, meaning, ethical decision-making, and connection in employees’ lives. Through reflection exercises, case examples, and practical tools, participants will leave with a deeper understanding of how to responsibly engage this dimension within the scope of EAP services.
