This is a course for new EAPs in their first 3 years of practice It is also a course designed for CEAP candidates, especially those who gain approval through Pathways 3.
Learning Objectives:
1) Participants will learn all of the basics of EAP work. From finances to ethics this course will help EAPs understand what EAP work is all about.
2) Participants will gain the knowledge to assist them in passing the CEAP certification.
Labor EAP 101

This course is designed to educate those EAPs without a background the labor unions. It will teach them about the differences between traditional EAP work and those in labor.
It will assist those CEAP candidates with the union information found on the CEAP exam.
