Bernie McCann, Ph.D., CEAP

Dr. Bernie McCann has over 25 years of EAP counseling, coaching and training experience with employees and other groups in a variety of work settings. Dr. McCann has been a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) since 1990. He received a Masters’ Degree in Counseling Psychology from Loyola University and a PhD from the Brandeis University Heller School of Health Policy and Management’s Institute for Behavioral Health.

He currently serves as Employee Assistance Program Specialist for the Baltimore County Public School System’s 19,500 employees. He previously served on EAPA Board of Directors (2 terms) and as Commissioner and Treasurer of the Employee Assistance Certification Commission.
