If a registered attendee does not attend the classroom training course offering, his/her payment cannot be refunded. Please save all documentation for educational programs. If you need to utilize EAPA staff time to research past participation, there will be a minimum $25 fee depending upon the amount of research incurred.
Conference Recordings
Login to your EAPA provided accountto receive member rates. Registration is fully refundable prior to the completion of any course. Once any course has been viewed and certificate has been generated, refunds are no longer available. Please direct

Unless otherwise specified, registration fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session your registration will be automatically rolled to the next offering of the course. For webinars, your registration may be rolled to the archive of the webinar or rolled to next live webinar on a different topic. For the CEAP modules, there is no refund.

Webinar registration fees are non-refundable. The first time a webinar is offered, it is recorded for inclusion in the webinar archive. If the initial recording session is cancelled, webinar registration is automatically rolled to the next scheduled offering. Registration includes unlimited access to the recorded webinar. On-Site Training Courses(EAS-C, Exam Prep Course, etc.)
This policy applies to any in-person classroom training except for those courses held in conjunction with EAPA's Annual Institute and EXPO. After that time, no refunds can be made. EAPA cannot accept responsibility for no shows. If a registered attendee does not attend the classroom training course offering, his/her payment cannot be refunded. Substitutions are allowed at any time and requests should be communicated in writing. Appeals to this policy may be made in writing (email) to s.bauersmith@eapassn.org.
Membership Refunds
If a member's company purchases an organizational membership, a current member may request a refund in writing if they have paid for a renewal or new membership within the past month (30 days). Please contact s.bauersmith@eapassn.org.
Memberships are not refundable for any other reason.
