Chapter meeting dates/times:
Every month, 1st Thursday of each; 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM (meetings typically alternate each month between business/networking meeting and professional development presentation.) No meeting held in July.
Why should I attend?
Chapter meetings are a great way to make professional contacts, network, discover new resources, and develop new skills. We welcome visitors interested in learning about EAPA. Complimentary Continental Breakfast. Certificates of attendance for one-hour presentations.
Chapter program:
A segment of each meeting is dedicated to the introduction of members and non-members. We encourage all attendees to make announcements about upcoming events, news related to the field, and job opportunities. After announcements, either an educational training is presented or networking/focused discussion is provided.
Continuing education:
Each training provides a certificate of attendance for at least 1.0 hour of education (pre-approved PDHs).
Cost to attend meeting:
Non-members - no cost for attendance at business/resource sharing meetings or trainings. There is a $10.00 charge to receive a PDH certificate, payable at the door. Most training presentations are approved by EACC for PDHs.
