Daryl C. Joseph MA, CEAP co-founded Josal Consulting Ltd and serves as its Managing Director and Principal Consultant. Josal Consulting, based in Trinidad and Tobago, has been providing EAP and Strategic Human Resource services across the Caribbean region since 2011.

He is the outgoing President of the Trinidad & Tobago branch of EAPA.

Daryl has spoken and written on Employee Assistance and Mental Health at the local, regional, and international levels.

Daryl is very passionate about the evolution and growth of the Employee Assistance profession. He views it as a vehicle for societal change, the trickle down impact of improving workplaces, where most adults spend a majority of their time.
