This certificate training is helpful for professionals in mental health, employee assistance, coaching, wellness, human resources, or other health-related professions who want to acquire the skills and tools to assist individuals and organizations in enhancing their resilience and capacity to thrive.
In today's fast-paced and disruptive work environment, employers are expected to provide exceptional employee wellbeing solutions to cultivate a healthy, productive, and resilient workforce. And wellbeing is protective - research shows that how well you do the day after a crisis depends on how well you were the day before the crisis. Leaders, now more than ever, play a crucial role in fostering a psychologically healthy work environment, balancing their own mental wellbeing while cultivating the unique and varied needs of a changing employee workforce – no simple task. Wellbeing, it turns out, is not a perk, it’s an imperative, requiring more than a one-size-fits-all approach.
This presentation will explore how tailored, evidence-based wellbeing solutions can create a healthier, more adaptable organization by focusing on leader, employee, and workplace readiness. Join us to discover strategies for fostering a supportive work environment where every employee can thrive.
            Participants will:

                - Explore strategies for equipping leaders to effectively lead during crisis, while maintaining organizational performance.
                - Incorporate trauma-informed perspectives into disruptive event management to facilitate employee hardiness and wellbeing.
- Examine the components of a psychologically healthy workplace as applied to multiple stakeholders, from Executives to Line workers, enhancing the untapped power of Purpose at work.
