Jessica Hurwitz currently serves as Director of Network Development at ReachLink, an online mental health platform, where she oversees the provider network and EAP partnerships.
Prior to this role, Jessica spent over 12 years in the external EAP world, progressing through roles in intake and triage, account management, clinical supervision, and provider network management (US and international). This experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of what defines excellence in EAP operations and service delivery.
Throughout her career, Jessica has focused on mastering the “art” of working within the EAP model. Her passion for this work has inspired her to embrace clinicians entering the EAP space, whether they are new therapists or seasoned providers eager to deepen their understanding of EAP practice.
In this spirit, Jessica co-founded the Affiliate Chapter of EAPA, an initiative dedicated to supporting affiliate providers as they navigate the nuances of contracted EAP work. She looks forward to expanding this mission through the EACC, ensuring that CEAP-holders have the tools and knowledge they need to make the most of their certification
