Marci began her career in EAP after earning her clinical license in Marriage and Family Therapy in 1997 and transitioning from a Human Resources role. She has worked as an EAP counselor, management consultant and trainer, and held leadership roles with three external EAP organizations. Her specialty is consultation to employers, in managing performance, responding to crisis and mitigating risk when behavioral health issues impact the workplace. Her passion is coaching new leaders in the art of people management, and being a confidential, supportive resource to HR professionals. Prior to beginning her term as EACC Commissioner in 2023, Marci held board positions with EAPA chapters in San Diego and Oregon/Southwest Washington. Marci currently offers management consultation services to the organizational clients of Aetna/CVS Health through its EAP, Resources for Living.
